Environmental values are important for us

The gluelam turning blanks we use are made from renewable woodmaterial purchased in an ecologically acceptable way.

According to an expert study by the glue manufacturer, no harmful substances are released nor has any allergic reactions been caused by the glue.

The by-products are turnings and excess wood as well as cardboard and plastic from packaging are utilized nearly 100% as heat energy. In packaging we use cardboard and plastic, which both can be recycled.

We have been registered at the Environmental Register of Packaging Ltd and Care for recycling of packages we release on the market according to EU directives, waste act and decrees of the Finnish government.   The Environmental Register of Packaging Ltd has granted us the possibility to use PYR trademark as we bear our responsibility also for utilization of our packages.
